For Infusion Centers

Every bay, every timer, every nurse — one board

Long-running treatments need different tools than quick visits: expected-completion timers on every bay, recheck reminders, and nurse assignments with a clear lead. Ready.Doctor ships an infusion profile that works this way out of the box.

Ready.Doctor live board for an infusion center: bays with expected-completion countdowns, a vitals recheck reminder, nurse assignments with a lead, and Nurse STAT
Bays with expected-completion times, recheck reminders, and nurse assignments — urgent always loudest
Bay action drawer with timer controls: preset durations, Start timer, and labeled running-timer actions
Timers commit explicitly: pick a duration, press Start — adjust with labeled buttons, never mystery icons

Statuses in your vocabulary

How a shift runs on Ready.Doctor

Expected completion

Start a countdown when the infusion starts (30m to hours). The bay shows time remaining and end time, turns amber near the end, and red when overdue — in words, not just color.

Named reminders

Up to four per bay — vitals rechecks, rate changes, pharmacy follow-ups — each visible on the bay card with its own countdown.

Nurse assignment

Assign several nurses to a bay with one marked lead. The "Mine" filter shows each nurse only their bays; urgent bays stay visible to everyone.

Hour-scale wait thresholds (not dental minutes) Due soon / Overdue shown in words with a quiet progress rail Timers are coordination prompts — never clinical-device controls Healthcare security preset on by default
Ready.Doctor coordinates rooms and teams — it is not a medical records system. It is designed to operate without Protected Health Information: no field asks for patient names or clinical data, and staff must not enter them. The service is not HIPAA-compliant and is not a substitute for your EHR or secure clinical messaging. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored and for how long.
